PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS
Great Highland Bagpipe Lessons:
- Ages 8-18
- Lessons are open to students from all school districts in the Capital Region -- or wherever they may live.
- Lessons for beginners are held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the Scotia-Glenville Middle School.
- Cost is $60/month from October through June.
- Joining the Pipe Band. Continuing students receive instruction during practice from 7:00-9:00 pm.
Equipment needed:
- Practice Chanter (approximately $70 purchased through the band)
- Tutor Book/Hand-outs.
- Binder with spiral notebook and "pencil pocket" inside (for cassette tape, mp3 recorder and/or metronome)
